Henkilö, joka matkustaessaan henkilöautossa oli häirinnyt sen kuljettajaa painamalla äkkiä kätensä kuljettajan olkapäille niin voimakkaasti, että kuljettajan ote ohjauspyörästä oli irronnut, jolloin auto oli suistunut tieltä ja vaurioitunut, tuomittiin varomattomuudesta liikenteessä.
