I enlighet med riksdagens beslut föreskrivs:
1 §
Genom denna lag upphävs 22 § och 70 § 2 mom. 5 punkten i lagen om småbarnspedagogik (540/2018).
2 §
Denna lag träder i kraft den 1 januari 2025.
