I enlighet med riksdagens beslut
ändras i lagen om konsumenttvistenämnden ( 8/2007 ) rubriken för 8 § samt 8 § 1 mom. som följer:
8 §Behörighet att utnämna och förordna
Nämndens ordförande och vice ordförande utnämns av statsrådet. Konsumenttvistenämnden utnämner den övriga personalen.
Denna lag träder i kraft den 1 januari 2025.
