I enlighet med riksdagens beslut
ändras i lagen om barnombudsmannen ( 1221/2004 ) 1 § 1 mom., sådant det lyder i lag 1348/2014, som följer:
1 §Barnombudsmannen
För att säkerställa att barnens ställning och rättigheter beaktas i lagstiftningen och i det samhälleliga beslutsfattandet finns det en barnombudsman inom justitieministeriets förvaltningsområde.
Denna lag träder i kraft den 1 januari 2025.
