I enlighet med riksdagens beslut
fogas till 4 § i socialvårdslagen ( 1301/2014 ) ett nytt 3 mom. som följer:
4 §Klientens intresse
Vid bedömningen av klientens intresse beaktas inte den avgift som påförs för servicen. Bestämmelser om de avgifter som tas ut för socialservice utfärdas särskilt.
Denna lag träder i kraft den 1 januari 2025.
