I enlighet med riksdagens beslut
ändras i lagen om temporär ändring av 39 och 40 § i universitetslagen ( 515/2020 ) ikraftträdandebestämmelsen som följer:
Denna lag träder i kraft den 1 juli 2020 och gäller till och med den 31 juli 2022. Lagens 39 § 4 mom. tillämpas på anmälningar som gäller läsåren 2020–2021 och 2021–2022. Lagens 40 § 5 mom. tillämpas vid förlängning av studierätter som gäller under lagens giltighetstid.
Denna lag träder i kraft den 1 juli 2021.
