I enlighet med riksdagens beslut
ändras i lagen om offentlig upphandling och koncession ( 1397/2016 ) 9 § 2 mom. som följer:
9 §Avgränsningar av tillämpningsområdet i fråga om tjänsteupphandling
Bestämmelser om tillämpningen av denna lag på tjänsteupphandling enligt lagen om transportservice (320/2017) finns i 162 § 2 mom. i den lagen.
Denna lag träder i kraft den 1 februari 2021.
