I enlighet med riksdagens beslut

ändras i lagen om besöksförbud ( 898/1998 ) 15 §, sådan den lyder i lag 711/2004, som följer:

15 §Registrering av besöksförbud

Bestämmelser om behandlingen av uppgifter om besöksförbud i polisens register finns i lagen om behandling av personuppgifter i polisens verksamhet (616/2019).

Denna lag träder i kraft den 1 juni 2019.
