I enlighet med riksdagens beslut

ändras i lagen om underhållsunderstöd ( 580/2008 ) 1 § 2 mom. som följer:

1 §Lagens syfte och tillämpningsområde

Ett barn betraktas som bosatt i Finland om barnet i enlighet med 5, 6 eller 10 § i lagen om bosättningsbaserad social trygghet i gränsöverskridande fall (16/2019) är bosatt i Finland.

Denna lag träder i kraft den 1 april 2019.
