I enlighet med riksdagens beslut

ändras i checklagen ( 244/1932 ) 66 §, sådan den lyder i lag 290/1960, som följer:

66 §

Protest ska upptas av notarius publicus.

Denna lag träder i kraft den 1 januari 2020.
