I enlighet med riksdagens beslut
ändras i avfallslagen ( 646/2011 ) 147 § 3 mom. som följer:
147 §Straffbestämmelser
Bestämmelser om ordningsbot som enda straff för ringa brott mot nedskräpningsförbudet enligt 72 § finns i lagen om ordningsbotsförseelser (986/2016).
Denna lag träder i kraft samma dag som lagen om föreläggande av böter och ordningsbot (754/2010).
