I enlighet med statsrådets beslut föreskrivs med stöd av 63 § i lagen om samarbete inom företag (334/2007):
1 §
Maximibeloppet av den gottgörelse som anges i 62 § 1 mom. i lagen om samarbete inom företag (334/2007) är 34 519 euro vilket motsvarar förändringen i penningvärdet.
2 §
Denna förordning träder i kraft den 4 juli 2016.
