I enlighet med riksdagens beslut

ändras i lagen om assisterad befruktning ( 1237/2006 ) 2 § 2 punkten som följer:

2 §Definitioner

I denna lag avses med

2) 

den som får behandling ett par, eller en kvinna som inte lever i äktenskap eller under äktenskapsliknande förhållanden med en man,

Denna lag träder i kraft den 1 mars 2017.
