I enlighet med riksdagens beslut
ändras i lagen om ombildning av Institutet för Ryssland och Östeuropa till stiftelse ( 698/2012 ) 4 § 1 mom. som följer:
4 §Statsunderstöd
Stiftelsen får statsunderstöd för sin verksamhet i första hand från penningspelsbolagets avkastning enligt 17 § i lotterilagen (1047/2001). Bestämmelser om statsunderstöd finns i statsunderstödslagen (688/2001).
Denna lag träder i kraft den 1 januari 2017.
