I enlighet med riksdagens beslut

ändras i polisförvaltningslagen ( 110/1992 ) 9 § 1 mom. 3 och 4 punkten, sådana de lyder i lag 497/2009, och

fogas till 9 § 1 mom., sådant det lyder i lag 497/2009, en ny punkt 5 som följer:

9 §Centralkriminalpolisen

Centralkriminalpolisen ska

tillhandahålla sakkunnigtjänster,

utveckla brottsbekämpningen och brottsutredningsmetoderna,

genomföra vittnesskyddsprogram.

Denna lag träder i kraft den 1 mars 2015.
