I enlighet med riksdagens beslut

fogas till 3 § i lagen om statens televisions- och radiofond ( 745/1998 ), sådan paragrafen lyder i lagarna 395/2003 och 475/2012, temporärt ett nytt 3 mom. som följer:

3 §Statens televisions- och radiofond och dess medel

Bestämmelsen i 2 mom. om en årlig justering av anslagsbeloppet tillämpas inte 2016.

Denna lag träder i kraft den 1 januari 2016 och gäller till och med den 31 december 2016.
