I enlighet med riksdagens beslut föreskrivs:
1 §
Genom denna lag upphävs 33 d § i mentalvårdslagen (1116/1990), sådan paragrafen lyder i lag 1257/2005.
2 §
Denna lag träder i kraft den 1 januari 2015.
