I enlighet med riksdagens beslut föreskrivs:
1 §
Genom denna lag upphävs 5 § i lagen om införande av lagstiftningen om överföring av inskrivningsärenden (584/2009).
2 §
Denna lag träder i kraft den 1 januari 2014.
