I enlighet med riksdagens beslut

fogas till 11 § i lagen om yrkesinriktad vuxenutbildning ( 631/1998 ), sådan paragrafen lyder i lag 952/2011, en ny 1 a-punkt som följer:

11 §Hänvisningsbestämmelse om studerandes rättigheter och skyldigheter

På utbildning enligt denna lag tillämpas dessutom följande bestämmelser om studerandes rättigheter och skyldigheter i lagen om yrkesutbildning:

1 a)

bestämmelserna i 26 a § om att ge beslut om antagning,

Denna lag träder i kraft den 1 januari 2014.
