I enlighet med riksdagens beslut föreskrivs:
1 §
Genom denna lag upphävs 9 § 6 mom. i lagen om förskottsuppbörd (1118/1996), sådant det lyder i lag 791/2012.
2 §
Denna lag träder i kraft den 1 januari 2014.
