I enlighet med social- och hälsovårdsministeriets beslut föreskrivs med stöd av 83 § i lagen om pension för arbetstagare (395/2006):
1 §
Den livslängdskoefficient som avses i 82 § i lagen om pension för arbetstagare är 0,98351 år 2012.
2 §
Denna förordning träder i kraft den 1 januari 2012.
