I enlighet med statsrådets beslut, fattat efter föredragning från jord- och skogsbruksministeriet,
ändras i statsrådets förordning om nationellt stöd för potatisproduktion 2010 ( 41/2010 ) 5 § 1―3 mom. som följer:
5 §Stödets storlek
Stöd för potatisproduktion beviljas till ett belopp av 291 euro per hektar.
För en sådan odlingsareal för vilken odlaren har ett odlingskontrakt enligt 6 § om marknadsföring av potatisproduktionen beviljas stöd till ett belopp som är 118 euro högre per hektar.
På ett område för utsädespotatis beviljas dessutom för den produktion som avses i 2 § 2―6 punkterna kompletterande stöd till ett belopp som är 64 euro per hektar eller, om odlaren har ett odlingskontrakt enligt 6 § om marknadsföring av den potatis som producerats på odlingsarealen, ett belopp som är 79 euro per hektar.
Denna förordning träder i kraft den 15 december 2010.
