I enlighet med riksdagens beslut föreskrivs:

1 §

Härmed upphävs 130 § 1 punkten lagen den 29 december 1995 om pensionsstiftelser (1774/1995).

2 §

Denna lag träder i kraft den 1 januari 1999.
