I enlighet med riksdagens beslut

ändras 98 § 2 mom. kreditinstitutslagen av den 30 december 1993 ( 1607/1993 ) som följer:

98 §Kreditinstitutsbrott

Straff för ingivande av osant intyg till myndighet bestäms i 16 kap. 8 § strafflagen.

Denna lag träder i kraft den 1 januari 1999.
