På föredragning av justitieministern
ändras 8 § 1 mom. förordningen den 26 februari 1954 om översändande av handlingar, sådant detta lagrum lyder i förordningen den 18 december 1964 ( 605/64 ), som följer:
8 §.
Då handlingar översändas med posten eller i de fall, som omnämnas i 4 § 1 mom., återställas till sakägare, skall för varje försändelse erläggas postportot samt i expeditionsavgift till statlig och kyrklig myndighet 1,65 mark samt till kommunal myndighet det belopp kommunens fullmäktige måhända bestämma.
Denna förordning träder i kraft den 1 mars 1967.
