A hade i egenskap av kommunal tjänsteinnehavare under 16 års tid vid 20 olika tillfällen tillgripit penningmedel sammanlagt 121 175,83 euro som han hade fått av Finansierings- och utvecklingscentralen för boendet. Hans förfarande betraktades som ett enda brott. (Omröstn.)
