A hade under ca 10 månaders tid överlåtit 400 g amfetamin till B som han kände och av denne anskaffat 30 - 40 g i relativt små mängder per gång. A ansågs ha gjort sig skyldig till ett enda brott. Fråga även om detta narkotikabrott som helhet bedömt var grovt och om bestämmande av straffet.
