I hovrättens beslut, genom vilket ett rättegångsbiträde med stöd av 15 kap. 10 a § 1 mom. rättegångsbalken förvägrats rätt att uppträda som ombud eller rättegångsbiträde i ett mål som var anhängigt i hovrätten, skulle ändring sökas hos Högsta domstolen genom en ansökan om besvärstillstånd.
