Ett anställningsförhållande hade börjat 1.7.1999 och upphört 7.8.2000. Arbetstagaren hade rätt att för det kvalifikationsår som började 1.4.2000 få semesterersättning som byggde på rätt till två och en halv vardagar semester för varje full kvalifikationsmånad.
