Enligt ett villkor i ett hyresavtal för en affärslokal var avtalet tidsbestämt och gällde fem år t.o.m. 30.6.2000, varefter avtalet skulle fortsätta att gälla tills vidare med en uppsägningstid om sex månader.

Fråga om hyresgästen hade rätt att uppsäga avtalet 4.2.2000 att upphöra 31.8.2000. (Omröstn.)
