En målsägande hade hos hovrätten ansökt om kvarstad. Ansökan grundade sig på ett brott som efter besvär var föremål för prövning i hovrätten. Avgörandet om kvarstad överklagades i Högsta domstolen genom en ansökan om besvärstillstånd.
