Gäldenären behövde bil i sitt arbete och för sina arbetsresor. Vid uträknandet av betalningsmån uppskattades hans fria bilförmån minska de nödvändiga månatliga levnadskostnaderna med ett belopp som motsvarade priset för en månadsbiljett för regiontrafik.
