A hade utövat faktisk bestämmanderätt i ett aktiebolag, fastän han inte hade ägt aktier i bolaget och fastän han inte hade haft en formell ställning i bolagets förvaltning. A ansågs vara en sådan företrädare för en bokföringsskyldig som avses i 30 kap. 9 § strafflagen och han kunde således såsom gärningsman dömas till straff för bokföringsbrott. (Omröstn.)
