En elkonsument som hade ägt en industrifastighet och som försatts i konkurs hade i tiden ingått ett elanslutningsavtal med ett elbolag och betalt anslutningsavgift enligt avtalet. Rätten för den som innehade en inteckning i fastigheten omfattade inte återbäring av anslutningsavgiften.
