Som sannolik och huvudsaklig orsak till rupturer i axelledens kapsel och andra besvär i axelleden hos en stenarbetare ansågs små skador som upprepade gånger hade drabbat honom i arbetet. Besvären ansågs således vara en yrkessjukdom orsakad av en fysikalisk faktor.
