Ett mål om fordran på grund av ett arbetsförhållande hade i underrätten avgjorts i första hand på grundval av ett stort antal motstridiga vittnesmål. Hovrätten hade utan att hålla muntlig förhandling kommit till ett helt annat resultat i sin bevisbedömning än underrätten.

Målet återförvisades till hovrätten för muntlig förhandling.
