A hade under ett polisförhör mot polismännens förbud i hemlighet på video spelat in det förda samtalet. A hade härigenom inte gjort sig skyldig till olovlig avlyssning eller olovlig observation eftersom förfarandet inte hade kränkt polismännens integritet.
