På grund av en strejk, som inletts under en arbetstagares sjukdomstid och till vilken han efter att ha tillfrisknat och återvänt till arbetsplatsen anslutit sig, gick inte förlustig sin rätt till lön för sjukdomstiden efter det strejken börjat.
