Rakenteilla olevalla yleisellä tiellä työssä ollut työntekijä oli jäänyt irtonaista maata kuljettamassa olleen kauhatraktorin alle saaden surmansa. Kuolemantapaus katsottiin moottoriajoneuvon liikenteeseen käyttämisestä aiheutuneeksi henkilövahingoksi.
