Kun moottori oli hävinnyt sen ollessa yhtiön huostassa korjattavana yhtiön voimatta näyttää pitäneensä moottorin säilyttämisestä tarpeellista huolta, se oli vastuussa moottorin häviämisestä aiheutuneesta vahingosta.
