Ostajan oli maksettava tilaamistaan tarvikkeista, joiden hinnasta ei ollut sovittu, laskussa velottu hinta, kun hän ne saatuaan ei ollut tehnyt muistutusta niiden laadusta, määrästä tai hinnasta, eikä näyttänyt velottua hintaa ilmeisesti kohtuuttomaksi.
