Kun vuokralle annetun hevosen työssä saaman vamman ei ollut näytetty aiheutuneen sellaisesta tapaturmasta, jota vuokralle ottaja kohtuuden mukaan ei ollut voinut arvata eikä varoa, vuokralle ottaja tuomittiin maksamaan vahingonkorvausta.
