Ulosmittaus, jossa saamisen suorittamiseksi oli ulosmitattu lainvoimaista tuomiota täytäntöönpantaessa kertynyt Um:n huostassa ollut, kokonaisuudessaan tuon tuomion sisällyksen maksuksi aiottu rahamäärä, kumottiin UL 4 luv. 9 §:n nojalla.
