Syytetyn katsottiin syyllistyneen kuolemantuottamukseen, kun hänen väkivaltaisella esiintymisellään säikähdyttämänsä henkilö, joka sairasti vaikeata sydäntautia, oli samana päivänä kuollut säikähdyksestä johtuneeseen sydämen lamaantumiseen.
