Kun velallisen ennen konkurssia tekemä kiinteistönkauppa julistettiin KS 46 §:n b-kohdan nojalla mitättömäksi, kiinteistöstä saatu tuotto oli sanotun pykälän i-kohdan nojalla myös annettava konkurssipesälle.
