Kun tilatut laitteet oli hankintasopimuksen mukaisesti toimitettu ostajalle, joka oli ne ottanut vastaan, myyjällä ei ollut oikeutta saada laitteita ostajalta takaisin sen johdosta, että tämä oli laiminlyönyt maksaa kauppahinnan.
