Omistusoikeuden omistuksenpidätysehdoin myytyihin kattiloihin, lämmittäjiin, venttiileihin jne., jotka urakoitsija oli sijoittanut rakennukseen, katsottiin siirtyneen rakennuksen omistajalle samalla kun esineet oli sijoitettu kukin asianomaiseen paikkaansa taloon ja ne olivat siten tulleet tuon kiinteistön osiksi.
