Kun myytyjä osakkeita ei ollut yhtiöjärjestyksessä määrätyssä ajassa lunastettu, yhtiö velvoitettiin osakkeiden ostajan kanteesta merkitsemään hänet osakeluetteloon niiden omistajaksi.
