The Labour Court publishes its decisions in Finlex and on its website. Finlex publishes all judgements, opinions and other decisions of the Labour Court. The homepage features the latest decisions https://www.tyotuomioistuin.fi/en/index.html. The Yearbook was published between 1947 and 2003.
The decisions are usually published as they stand, but the names of individuals are changed to their initials. Decisions are accompanied by the opinions of the dissenting members and, where appropriate, a report by the referendary. The record of the decision states the names of the members who participated in the decision and of the secretary or referendary.
Decisions are accompanied by a heading summarising the legal issues raised and, where appropriate, providing explanatory information on the case and the reasons for the decision. The title includes the necessary keywords. It also mentions any possible voting. The wording of the title is confirmed by the Chair. Each decision is given a serial number. Other identifying information includes the case register number and the date of the decision.
The decisions of the Labour Court are stored in Finlex as a separate database. It includes all decisions since 1970. New decisions are entered into the database at least once a month.
A decision is posted on the homepage a few days after it is published.
The principles for the publication of the judgements of the Labour Court are laid down in the courts rules of procedure.
