Sitoutumispäivä: 11.05.1999 LVoimaantulopäivä: 11.05.1999Varauma:Now therefore the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, having considered the Agreement aforesaid, hereby accede to the same and undertake faithfully to perform and carry out all the stipulations therein contained, subject to the reservation that, notwithstanding paragraph 2 of Article 4 of the Agreement, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland reserves the right not to make the offence punishable by imprisonment; intead, the offence would be punishable by a fine.
